Even if you have a gift certificate or voucher we require a credit card to HOLD your appointment. We do not charge the card, however, if you cancel or reschedule and you are unable to give us 24-hour notice your card will be charged $25 per service hour and per person.

An industry note from the owner...
We greatly appreciate your patronage. We strive to offer you the best quality medical massage experience from some of the area's most gifted LMTs. Each licensed massage therapist has graduated from an accredited school of massage and has successfully demonstrated their knowledge by passing a national exam called the Mblex. Our LMTs are permitted to personalize your massage experience and each may practice in different ways, depending on the school, state, and year of graduation. For this reason, you may choose a different therapist for different needs.
In addition to day-to-day finances, LMTs have school loans to repay. For this reason, we ask that you consider the industry standard of 20-30% gratuity ($20 or more) for your massage session. Your therapist will work relentlessly to ensure you receive a high-quality, therapeutic massage.
If you are unable to provide 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment the cancelation fee is strictly enforced to compensate the therapist. LMTs are paid only if they are massaging.
If for any reason you are NOT happy with your massage, give us a chance to make it right by sending us an email at: deborah@massage-lofts.com before you choose social media. If we are unable to provide a reasonable solution to please you, and you choose to utilize social media, please know, we appreciate the opportunity you have given us.
